This room has a high end luxury queen organic mattress, like sleeping on a cloud. An 84" couch, private bath/shower and outdoor entrance to the deck for your enjoyment.

The addition of a two person Jacuzzi makes this room often favored for a relaxing getaway.

Our locally sourced full healthy breakfast is from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM. Your choice of freshly ground organic coffee, fine organic teas, 100% juice, artisan granola with honey Greek yogurt, organic cereal or oatmeal, a variety of fresh fruit, homemade pastries, and a full hot breakfast. Enjoy at our dining table with other guests, or if you like, out on the deck, or in your room. It is helpful to know about special dietary requirements at the time the reservation is made. Let us know if you have early plans and need to leave sooner than our normal breakfast times or if you will not be having breakfast.

Cancellation Policy
As a small business, cancellations greatly impact our business. As such, we ask that you provide us with as much advance notice as possible.
* Cancel over 30 days before arrival: Receive an Artesian House B&B (AH) gift certificate valid for 3 years, or a monetary credit for the full reservation minus a $50 processing fee per room.
* Cancel between 29 and 15 days before arrival: Get an AH gift certificate valid for 3 years, minus a $50 processing fee per room.
* Cancel between 14 and 8 days before arrival: 50% refunded as an AH gift certificate valid for 3 years.
* Cancel within 7 days of arrival or No Shows: No Refund.
Refunds are not given for early departures. Trip Insurance is recommended.
